PCFI Membership, FSSC 2200 Certification

Dela Vega noted that PCFMI is the organization for food manufacturers and distributors that provide “safe, nutritious, and affordable processed food products.”
Aside from PCFMI membership, SPVC is working on FSSC 22000 certification.
“FSSC 22000 is an important platform in the consumer goods industry as it provides a rigorous quality checking based on ISO 22000 and other sector-specific pre-requisite programs,” said Dela Vega.
FSSC 22000 is recognized by the Global Food Safety Initiative (GSFI).
